  • 78 mini sweet bell peppers
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 1/4 cup Asian miso ginger dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chili crunch oil
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut cucumbers into rounds, slice peppers into rings, peel and cut carrots into ribbons or small pieces, and thinly slice shallot.
