Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C) and prepare a greased and lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Create the cookie layer by creaming together butter with both sugars, followed by adding eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the cookie mixture into the prepared pan and layer with Oreo cookies.
- For the brownie layer, melt butter and dark chocolate together, mix in sugar and eggs, then add flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Pour brownie batter over Oreos and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
