- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 90 g all-purpose flour
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 240 ml heavy cream
- 2 shots espresso (or instant coffee)
