  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 15 ounces canned black beans (drained)
  • 8 ounces canned corn (drained)
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 16 ounces Catalina dressing
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Fiesta blend cheese
  • 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
