- 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (cold)
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 6 oz. strawberry gelatin
- 1 ¼ cups boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Crush Golden Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter; press into a baking dish.
- Dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then combine with Greek yogurt and blueberries; layer over the crust.
- Prepare cream cheese mixture by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream and layer over the blue layer.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then add iced water and sliced strawberries; layer over the cream cheese mixture.
