Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, or your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil and butter for cooking
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Let rest before slicing.

- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until thickened and season with salt and pepper. Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
