Ingredients

  • Orzo Pasta (8 oz)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Sliced Mushrooms (8 oz)
  • Minced Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Baby Spinach (4 cups)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions
