  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
