  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 46 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a skillet over medium heat until amber. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in sugars, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, chai spice blend, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  4. Chill dough for 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
  5. Shape dough into balls and place on sheets; flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool completely before glazing with a mix of powdered sugar, chai spice, maple syrup, and cream.
