- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp chipotle powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ½ cup cooked edamame
- ½ avocado
Instructions
- Pat salmon filets dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt. Reserve some marinade for later.
- Marinate salmon cubes for at least 3 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook marinated salmon for about 7 minutes until crispy.
