Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC), adjusting the rack to the lower third.
- Carefully slice each cauliflower head in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the cauliflower steaks and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and roast for 5 minutes. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes; flip each steak and roast for another 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
