  • 2 medium red onions
  • 1 small potato
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets

  • Ghee or oil for cooking
  • Saffron strands in milk
  • Yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  7. Add water as needed to cook the rice; cover tightly and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
