- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened for frosting
- 4 cups powdered sugar

- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt. Mix warm milk, melted butter, egg, food coloring, and vanilla in another bowl. Combine both mixtures to form soft dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in an oiled bowl covered with plastic wrap for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll tightly into a log. Slice into equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and allow them to rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating softened cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and milk to achieve desired consistency.
