  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and dicing it into uniform chunks.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
