- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil or butter (melted)
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4–1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil, eggs (or flax eggs), and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed; fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Spread the batter into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
