Ingredients

- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Instructions

- Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes or until reaching the soft ball stage (235°F).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

- Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top and allow to cool completely.
