  • 16 string cheese (cut in half crosswise)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and the last with breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg mixture, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
