- 15.25 oz box Devils Food Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (for filling)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream (for topping)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- ½ cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
- 3 Tablespoons heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven as per the cake mix instructions. Prepare the batter and pour it into a greased 9×13 inch cake pan. Bake according to package directions.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool slightly, then poke holes across the surface using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and chocolate chips. Microwave until melted and stir until smooth. Pour filling into the holes and spread the remaining mixture on top. Cool for about an hour before refrigerating until fully chilled.
- Whip heavy cream in a bowl until thickened; add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in marshmallow fluff. Spread over the chilled cake.
- To prepare the ganache, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Drizzle over the whipped topping using a zip-lock bag.
