- 4–5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup beef broth (or water)
- Seasonings: Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
