  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and half and half. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt; whisk until smooth.
