Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/3 cup of chocolate chips with coconut oil; let cool.
  3. Whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt in one bowl.
  4. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, almond milk, and the cooled chocolate mixture until combined.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-23 minutes until set.
