  • 1 sea bass fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sea bass pieces with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and fry the marinated sea bass until golden brown (3–4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped green onions and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Return sea bass to the skillet, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss gently until coated.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
