  • 450 g steak

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and honey. Stir until mixed.
  2. Add flour, egg, butter, and salt; knead for about 10–12 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for one hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide dough into 16 pieces; roll into balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Stack two flattened pieces together and coat with semolina.
  6. Let rise again for 30 minutes before baking in a preheated skillet until golden brown.
  7. For the filling: Sauté steak with spices and vegetables in olive oil; add cheese until melted.
