Ingredients
- 2 servings dry instant ramen noodles (about 140 g)
- 10 oz extra firm tofu or any vegetables/mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup water or vegetable broth
- 5–7 tbsp soy sauce
- 2–3 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- Sesame oil, garlic (optional), chopped scallions, and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined; set aside.
- Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles for about 2-3 minutes less than package instructions.
- Drain and optionally rinse the noodles to stop cooking.
- Sauté sliced tofu or veggies in a pan over medium heat until cooked.
- Add the sauce to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix well to coat with sauce.
