Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • banana slices
  • crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla) in a blender until smooth. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  3. Spoon half of the pudding into two jars or containers.
  4. Top with banana slices and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Add the remaining pudding on top and finish with more banana slices and graham cracker crumbs.
