  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them. Cube the sirloin steak and dice the onion.
  2. Layer half of the diced potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker. Add half of the cubed steak and sprinkle half of the diced onion on top. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over everything. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  5. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, add shredded cheddar cheese on top to melt.
