- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Italian seasoning

- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper; cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese and mozzarella until melted.
- Combine cooked rigatoni with sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
