Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and slice into bite-sized pieces.
