Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, then add 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into an even layer over the cinnamon sugar; press seams together.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
- Unroll the second can of dough and place it on top; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
