  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the greens thoroughly.
  2. Slice the apple thinly and set aside.
  3. If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
