- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp dry shallots
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz shredded parmesan
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the farfalle pasta in a large pot according to package directions until al dente.
- In a small bowl, mix the spices: paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and pound slightly to flatten.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 10–12 minutes). Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté dry shallots and garlic powder for one minute.
- Stir in flour, then add chicken broth and heavy cream, whisking until smooth.
- Mix in shredded Parmesan cheese until melted and desired thickness is reached.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce; add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Fold sliced chicken into the pasta before serving.
