- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté ribeye steak for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Season vegetables with salt and pepper; pour in beef broth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low; add heavy cream and allow sauce to thicken for about 2 minutes before stirring in provolone and Parmesan until melted.
- Return steak to the skillet and mix well. Gently toss in the tortellini until coated.
