- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)

- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
