Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter spread
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” x 9” square pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and cool slightly. In a bowl, mix melted butter, cookie butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well blended.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into the mixture. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, top with broken Biscoff cookies, and bake for 30–35 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
