  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon; toss until coated. Transfer to an 8×8" baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until moistened. Crumble over the rhubarb mixture.
