Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 packages ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce and cornstarch together until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
- Boil water in a medium pot and cook ramen noodles for 2–3 minutes; drain and rinse.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper; sear for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add more olive oil to the skillet with broccoli and steam with water for about 2 minutes.
- Combine cooked steak and drained noodles back into the skillet; pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together until well-coated.
