- For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook salmon bites for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with the Bang Bang sauce before serving.
