Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned salmon cubes for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place cooked salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook salmon bites for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with the Bang Bang sauce before serving.
