- 8 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups whole milk
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and layer half in the pan.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spoon over the bread cubes and top with remaining bread.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl; pour evenly over the bread layers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare crumble topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle on top.
